The Primary Sports Program offers all students a broad range of sporting options to pursue sporting excellence and encourage participation. Most of the sports available are team based sports, nurturing the importance of team spirit and fair play. Students are enabled to compete and qualify for school, district, regional and state teams.
Inter School Sport – District Level
Students are encouraged to nominate and trial for various District teams during each year. Students also trial to be placed within school teams for the following district seasons:
Three gala days
- Netball
- Girls 5-a-side soccer
- Boys soccer
Mid-Year Season (Term 3)

- Australian Football League (AFL)
- Basketball
- Touch Rugby League (TRL)

Athletics, Cross-Country and Swimming
School Carnivals
Students belong in one of three houses, David, Gideon or Joshua to compete in school carnivals, as they seek selection and an invitation to compete at district and higher levelled carnivals.
District, Regional and State Carnivals
Students are selected from school carnivals to represent our College at Central District, which is a district within the Metropolitan West Region.
Christian Schools Sports Association Queensland Carnivals (CSSA Q)
Our College is a member of the CSSA Q, which provides our students a further opportunity to compete at carnivals and a team games gala day with other Christian Schools located in the South East corner of Queensland.
